Welcome Home
Autumn Care has two assisted living homes, with a third home opening in the near future. Each facility is designed with comfort in mind. Our single-level homes feature thoughtful floor plans and inviting décor. Each home features 15 private rooms* with a central kitchen, dining room, a living space, and a secure outdoor patio.
Our assisted living facilities provide our residents with a warm, welcoming atmosphere where we provide compassionate care for the entire family.

Private Rooms
Each private room includes a personal bathroom with a walk in shower and an organized closet. Private rooms can be personalized to the residents personal style and needs. WiFi and Cable services are included with each private room. Arrangements can be made for a private, in-room phone.
Kitchen & Dining Space
Our in-house chef works with a dietician to create a menu that is both delicious and tailored to the needs of our residents. Residents may request customized meals. Meals are scheduled three times a day with snacks between each meal. Water and other beverages are readily available.
Living Space
Our living space features several recliners, chairs and other furniture for your loved ones to relax and feel comfortable in. A large screen television with premium sound is provided for our residents to enjoy. Our coordinators plan daily games and fun activities which take place in our cozy living space. Weekly religious services are also held in the living space, which our residents and their loved ones are invited to attend at their leisure.
